Cut off Date to Make Room Reservations at the Group Rate at the Symposium Hotel is 1 February 2006.  After this date,  rooms will be on a space available basis and room prices will increase.

Directions:

 

From Will Rogers Airport;  Go north on Meridan Avenue to Airport Road; exit right to I-44.  Take a left hand exit (northbound) I-44 to Hwy. 3A Exit.  Right lane exit to Northwest Expressway,k turn right.  Travel time approximately 15-20 minutes.
