Cut off Date to Make Room Reservations at the Group Rate at the Symposium Hotel is 23 January 2009.  After this date,  rooms will be on a space available basis and room prices will increase.

Note:  Symposium Group rates will be honored three days prior to the symposium and three days after the symposium for those who wish to arrive before the symposium or linger after the symposium.  Please make your own hotel reservations by calling the Hotel number or by fax. Be sure to let them know that you are with the “Aircraft Cabin Safety Symposium” in order to receive the rates shown.

Reservations are not required.  Upon arrival collect your luggage and proceed outside to the Super Shuttle sign located on the outer island under the overhead orange shared ride van sign.  Contact the blue uniformed Guest Service Representative for immediate departure.  Cost is about $20.00 one –way.
