Training Session 2. (T-2)   Behavioral Assessment of Threat Skills (BAT) Training

Training Session 3.  (T-3)     Water Survival.  A short presentation about "Cold can kill."  Howe to survive in water.  Hands on training using computer based training together with an actual inflated 46 person life raft.  Handling of life vest and the equipment, install canopy, survival kit.  As a highlight, there will be a video about our sea survival with the German Navy, indoor and open sea training.  

Training Session 4. (T-4)    Bloodborne Pathogens. Brief overview of what Bloodborne Pathogens are, video of how to put on and remove the safety suit without contamination, and prior to certification everyone will be required to put on and remove the suit.

Training Session 5.  (T-5)     A CRM Strategy within your Airline -- How?  The training session will focus on the following items:  Authority requirements related to CRM (flight crew and cabin crew);  Airline Risk Management within the area of CRM -- how to focus on the "right areas;"  How do you create "the common CRM language;"  CRM Assessment -- development and implementation?;  Integration of a CRM training system in the Airline organization. 

Training Session 7. (T-7)     Critical Incident Stress Management.  This session introduces you to Cabin Crew Critical Incident Stress Management by exploring the following topics:  history to the discovery of Critical Incident Stress;  Humanistic reactions to exposure of critical incident stress, self care/normalization techniques.  Flight attendant testimonials of exposure to critical stress.

Training Session 8.  (T-8)   Disruptive Passenger Restraint Training.

Workshop 1  (W-1)    Safety Training for Cabin Crews in China.  Cabin Attendants College, Civil Aviation University of China.  As one of the Chinese cabin attendant training institutions to attend the symposium,  the first thing to be expected is to know what it is like and how it is operated.  A brief introduction to our college is the first part of this presentation, followed by course design and allocation to develop qualified future cabin attendants for airlines.  The essential training courses like cabin safety training and on board service training will be included in the presentation.  Welcome to the workshop and share your training experiences with us.
