SCSI's GSA/FSS contract satisfies requirement for competition. No RFP necessary!
Any organization may use orders placed under the SCSI GSA/FSS contract to satisfy the statutory and FAR requirements for competition, thereby avoiding the lengthy RFP solicitation process. FAR 8.404(a)(1) provides that
”Orders placed against a Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) using the procedures in this subpart, are considered to be issued using full and open competition (see 6.102(d)(3)).”
You can buy any of SCSI's Aviation Safety Training services listed below (see SIN's) if you are an employee of an Executive agency, a Federal agency, a mixed-ownership Government Corporation, the District of Columbia, a cost-reimbursable contractor authorized in writing by a Federal agency to use Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contracts, or an activity or organization authorized by statute or regulation to use MAS contracts as a source of supply.
SCSI's contract allows government customers to purchase SCSI training easily and at reduced prices. This contract allows government customers to bypass lengthy RFP solicitation processes.
SCSI will accept government credit cards as payment as well as other authorized forms of payment.
