This Course provides
"how-to" instruction in applying primary and select ORM tools and
techniques. In addition, the integration of ORM into organizational
activities is covered. The course emphasizes practical applications
and concentrates on case studies and situations to develop risk
management skills. |

Who Should Attend
|

Military
or government civilian personnel serving as organizational ORM focal
points, ORM trainers, lead planners, and others requiring a more
in-depth understanding of ORM principles, tools and application.

Attendees should have
completed a basic course in operational risk management principles
prior to attending this course.
