 Registration Procedures

SCSI has three registration options:

On line Registration only. You may register on-line for any SCSI course(s)

On line Registration and Payment by Credit Card.   For registration and  payment by credit card on-line. 

Fax or Mail.   You may register by FAX or regular mail.  Simply download the registration form and FAX or mail to SCSI.

 1556 Form Users (US Military Personnel).

For US Military Personnel who use form 1556 to register:   All military personnel awaiting approval for funding should contact the SCSI Registrar as early as possible in order to guarantee a seat once your funding is approved. Or you may complete the On-line Registration form and note that you are awaiting funding approval.
