Registration Procedures

SCSI has three registration options:

Online registration   For registration only. You may register online for any of the SCSI courses and symposia.

Register and pay online   For registration and payment by credit card online.

Fax or mail   You may register by fax or regular mail. Simply download the registration form and fax or mail to SCSI.

1556 Form Users (US Military Personnel)

For US military personnel who use form 1556 to register: All military personnel awaiting approval for funding should contact the SCSI registrar as early as possible in order to guarantee a seat once your funding is approved. Or you may complete the online registration form and note that you are awaiting funding approval.
