All prices are effective when published until changed. Prices subject to change without notice. The fee and/or price you pay are those in effect when you purchase (pay for or provide a purchase order for) SCSI courses and services. If the price increases from the time you purchase until you attend/receive the course or services, the price in effect at the time you made your purchase remains the effective price.
Registration, Course Cancellation and Refund Policy
Fee Payments Your registration is complete when we receive your completed registration form and 50% refundable deposit of tuition fees. The refundable deposit becomes NON-refundable 14 days prior to the course start date. The remaining 50% of tuition is due by the first day of class. Payments can be online or in person.
Confirmation Email A confirmation email will be sent to you after registration. Credit card payment will generate an automated confirmation receipt to your email address. An invoice is prepared after registration is processed.
Cancellation Policies SCSI reserves the right to cancel a course. A course will be cancelled or rebooked if there is insufficient enrollment. You will be notified of changes/cancellations and refunds/options.
Course Cancellations and Refunds
• If SCSI cancels a course, a full refund will be processed. SCSI is not responsible for any accommodation, travel, or other expenses incurred by a registrant if a course is cancelled.
• If the registrant cancels:
− Prior to fourteen days before course starts: a $100 administration fee will be charged.
− Between fourteen and seven days before the course starts: a charge of 50% of the tuition fee will be levied. This will be collected in the form of your 50% deposit.
− Seven days or less before the course starts: No refunds are issued, and the full tuition fee will be levied.
Please Note: Consideration may be given to applying a credit to a future course with SCSI if a cancellation needs to be made due to extraordinary circumstances. Please contact SCSI's Registrar for consideration.
Refund requests may be submitted by phone, fax, email, online or in person.
Note: Prices shown do not include taxes. Any applicable taxes, if any, must be added to the prices shown. Contact SCSI for information about taxes.
Contract Courses. To bring one or more SCSI courses to a location of your choice, please contact SCSI.
Note: Discounts are a function of enrollments. One enrollment is one person in one course. If one person is enrolled in two different courses, that is two enrollments. If two people are enrolled in one course each, that is two enrollments. If three people are each enrolled but in different courses, that is three enrollments, and so on. Discount opportunities should be confirmed with SCSI. Discounts occur when payments or purchase orders are received and are based on the number of enrollments paid for or purchased. If you have any questions on discounts, please contact the SCSI registrar. For discounts to be effective, enrollments should occur within a 12 month period.
Tuition charged is the tuition in effect when a course is taken.
